On any given day, in every western Washington community, our dedicated staff and volunteers provide real change for those in our sacred care…
- Children, moms and others who lack basic needs of food, clothing and safe shelter
- Veterans who suffer from PTSD, depression and isolation
- Frail elders living alone and in need of help with household chores and personal care
- Neighbors experiencing severe mental health issues
- Men and women desperate for addiction recovery care
- Unemployed men and women seeking training and job referral
- Youngsters yearning to learn amid family struggles with poverty
Thanks to your help, the good news of our ministries is that they have real impact: in moving folks from homelessness to home; in providing veterans with housing and supportive help; in matching home care aides to frail elders; in offering addiction recovery services; in training of previously homeless adults to acquire meaningful employment; in tutoring youth to achieve academically despite overwhelming odds. These examples are but a few among many that are offered through 170 vital programs that you help sustain.
