CCS/CHS serves tens of thousands of our neighbors in need across four service areas: Children and Families; Seniors and People with Disabilities; Housing and Shelter; Mental Health and Recovery.

- When families have lost their homes
- When vets need help navigating services
- When struggling mothers-to-be need support
- When isolated elders need help to stay safely in their homes
- When children and adults seek treatment for behavioral health disorders
