On August 13th, amongst residents, supporters, funders, and staff, Patrick Place Apartments was blessed by Archbishop J. Peter Sartain. Named in memory of St. Patrick and Patrick Sursely a former board member of CCS/CHS for his faith in the mission of the Catholic Church. Patrick Place offers residents a safe and secure place to call home.
Patrick Place tenants are single adults, or couples without children, who are homeless.Thirty of the units target people who have utilized emergency shelters have a disability or other significant barriers to obtaining or maintaining housing.
These units have one full-time on-site Housing Stability Specialist (case manager) devoted to outreach & housing retention activities.The remaining 41 units offer service-enriched housing for individuals who are marginally employed, receiving disability, or have an extremely low fixed income.
