CCS/CHS Clare’s Place would like to express our deepest gratitude to the Archdiocese of Seattle. They recently contacted CCS to donate household items that belonged to Archbishop Alexander J. Brunett, who passed away on January 31, 2020. Archbishop Brunett led the Archdiocese of Seattle from 1997 to his retirement in 2010.
We hope that Archbishop Brunett would be pleased to know his legacy lives on in all the lives he changed for the better through his strong support of CCS/CHS affordable housing, and through the personal impact of household items donated to Clare’s Place that will enhance the homes of our residents.
CCS/CHS Clare’s Place provides 65 units of permanent supportive housing for chronically homeless and vulnerable households in Snohomish County. CCS provides supportive services to the residents, with a focus on long-term stability.
Thank you to Archbishop Brunett and the Archdiocesan staff who helped to make this donation possible!
