Volunteer Opportunities

Helping another person brings a wonderful feeling of joy and satisfaction. At Catholic Community Services, volunteers help the elderly and individuals with disabilities remain living independently in their own homes. They also serve food to the hungry, support shelter for our unhoused neighbors, tutor youth struggling in school, and do much, much more!

Chore Volunteer: Snohomish County

Responsibilities: Here is a chance to help our elderly and disabled neighbors maintain a life of independence and dignity. Can you spare an hour or two a week to help with light housework, laundry, shopping or minor home repair? Scheduling is based on your interests and availability. If you have an occasion to bring a few of your friends together (birthday? graduation? new job?), why not do a one-time group project to help out a neighbor in Snohomish County! Some of our group projects include yard work, painting, and minor household maintenance. They’re a fun way to work together while “giving back” to the community. Email us at mgwooten@ccsww.org.
