Dear treasured partners,

Over the last couple of months, we have shared with you the journeys of Karen, the Johnsons, and Demone. Each one of their journeys is an inspiration—a reminder that in the darkest of times, hope and healing can still be found.

This a serious time for us all as we live out our call to serve those in need. We are called to walk in solidarity with and support those who are suffering, especially in those communities which have been most deeply impacted by racism and poverty.

We pray that while you are celebrating with family and friends this Christmas season, you will also be mindful of those among us who are still struggling. As the New Year dawns, the load will not be lighter, and the task no simpler, but together we will continue on with our Mission of Compassion, Justice, and HOPE.

On behalf of our dedicated staff, the Board of Trustees, Archbishop Sartain, and the over 125,000 people we serve each year, thank you for helping us to spread love, light, and hope to children, families, and individuals in our communities. May grace and peace be with you this holiday season and throughout the coming year.

Sincerely,

Michael Reicher, President
