Catholic Immigration Legal Services (CILS) is a Department of Justice recognized organization providing quality immigration legal services to low-income residents of Washington.

Our offices include both immigration staff attorneys and DOJ accredited representatives. The staff of a DOJ-recognized organization must have a certain level of experience in, and knowledge of, immigration law to be accredited by the Department of Justice to provide immigration legal services. DOJ accreditation also ensures that caseworkers will not be engaged in the unauthorized practice of law.

Our offices are located in Seattle and Mount Vernon and we serve residents from King, Snohomish, Pierce, Skagit, Whatcom, San Juan, and Island counties. CILS provides direct representation legal services for a modest fee.

Catholic Immigration Legal Services’ main office is located at 100-23rd Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98144. The Mount Vernon Family Immigration Services’ office is located at 300 South First Street, Suite C, Mount Vernon, WA 98273. We do not have drop-in appointments.
