Family Connections Team
The Family Connections Team offers services that fill the gap for families participating in Coordinated Entry for All (CEA) who are not connected to other case managers. We collaborate with families to ensure they have the tools they need to exit homelessness and offer support to resolve barriers linked to housing.
CEA serves all people (single adults, young adults, couples, families, and veterans) experiencing homelessness. Please contact CEA if you are:
- Living and sleeping outside
- Sleeping in a place not meant for human habitation
- Staying in a shelter
- Fleeing/attempting to flee domestic violence
- Exiting an institution where you resided for up to 90 days and were in shelter or a place not meant for human habitation immediately prior to entering that institution.
Young adults who are imminently at risk of homelessness within 14 days are also eligible for CEA.
