Home Delivered Meals

Our frozen meals contain 1/3 of the daily nutritional needs for one person. These meals contain no added salt, sugar or fat. There are very few spices. There are 31 entrees and 5 breakfast choices. The entrees come with a choice of white or wheat rolls with margarine. We also offer packets of powered milk. The breakfast comes with a choice of juice.

These meals are in plastic containers that can be re-heated either in a microwave or conventional oven. They are rectangular in shape, 8 1/2 inches long and 6 1/2 inches wide. This size and shape make them easy to stack and fit into small freezer spaces.

We are able to provide 1 meal per day per person. Meal delivery is either weekly or Bi-monthly depending on the rea. For example: Delivery is 7 meals per week or 14 meals every 2 weeks. We deliver frozen meals throughout Pierce County except Anderson Island.

There is no charge for our frozen meals, however we gladly accept contributions. The recommended contribution is $3.00 per meal.

Eligibility for Frozen Meals

• Must be 60 years old or older
• Must be home bound, does not drive or live with someone who drives.
• Does not have a full time paid caregiver to cook and shop for them.
