Issaquah Meals

URGENT REQUEST: Help Feed Your Neighbors!

You can be a hero by volunteering once a month so people can eat everyday.

The Issaquah Meals Program is in desperate need of groups to provide and serve dinner once a month at the Community Hall from 4:30-6:30. There are several openings that must be filled to maintain nightly meals for those in need. Please contact Candise at chutchko@ccsww.org / 206-798-7851.

For 35 years, the Issaquah Meals program has served nightly meals, Monday through Friday at the Community Hall located at 180 E. Sunset Way, next to the fire station. At the request of the city of Issaquah and local churches, the program was started in May of 1989 by Catholic Community Services. Initially, meals were served two times per week and then it was increased to Monday-Friday. Volunteer groups from local faith congregations, community organizations, families, and neighborhood groups provide the weeknight meals.

The program provides a safe and welcoming atmosphere for guests and volunteers. There is also a site leader available each night to answer questions and provide resources.
