Matt Talbot Center
Established in 1985, the Matt Talbot Center (MTC) is a recovery treatment center for people experiencing substance use, mental health challenges, and homelessness. Located in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood, the Matt Talbot Center offers clinical services, holistic care, and hope to individuals ready to work on their recovery. The program is Christian faith based and welcomes people of all backgrounds, faiths, and identities. Supervised by a Certified Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP), this treatment program offers holistic, individualized treatment that recognizes that each of their “members” has unique needs for physical, mental and spiritual healing.

Clinical Services:
- Individual and group counseling
- Crisis intervention and referral services
- Psychiatric consultation
- Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Groups (SUD IOP) and Outpatient Groups (SUD OP)
- Life skills groups like healthy decision making, family & relationship, employment, effective communication, stress management, financial management, goal setting, and more)
- Periodic urine analysis
Other Services:
- Enrichment activities like yoga, journaling and art sessions
- Cultural and recreational outing, including nature excursions
- Shelter housing with Immanuel Community Services
- Basic Resource support: clothing, toiletries, hygiene items, meals and more
- Sunday breakfast & fellowship program
- Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners and gift programs
