Aging in place can be a daunting task for people who don’t have a safety net of family or other supports. Our Senior Housing projects provides rental subsidies from HUD, onsite social services and partnerships with other providers to ensure residents have what they need to live in dignity and age in place in their homes.
Chancery Place Apartments
A 85-unit high-rise community located in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood for seniors aged 62 and older who are able to live independently. The community offers one-bedroom/bath apartments. Applicants must meet income guidelines at or below 50% of the HUD income limits. Rent is based on 30% of adjusted household income. Elbert House
A 50-unit community located in Bellevue for seniors aged 62 and older who are able to live independently. The community offers one-bedroom/bath apartments. Applicants must meet income guidelines at or below 50% of the HUD income limits. Please contact 425-747-5111 to apply and join the wait list.
Emma McRedmond Manor
A 32-unit community located in downtown Redmond for seniors aged 62 and older who are able to live independently. The community offers one-bedroom/bath apartments. Franciscan Apartments
A 38-unit community located in Burien's Seahurst Community for seniors aged 62 and older who are able to live independently. The community offers one-bedroom/bath apartments. Applicants must meet income guidelines at or below 50% of the HUD income limits. Rent is based on 30% of adjusted household income. Kincaid Court
