Aging in place can be a daunting task for people who don’t have a safety net of family or other supports. Our Senior Housing projects provides rental subsidies from HUD, onsite social services and partnerships with other providers to ensure residents have what they need to live in dignity and age in place in their homes.
Chancery Place Apartments
An 84-unit high rise located in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood for seniors 62 years of age or older, and in certain cases for persons with disabilities that require four architectural features of a unit.
